A: Prices will be determined on
auction day. As a guide, the auction brochure gives
you the last asking prices which may be helpful in

Will you accept a sealed bid?.
A: No,
all bidding will be done orally at the auction.. |

Must I be present to bid?.
A: No, you may appoint someone to act on
your behalf with a notarized, specific power of attorney. |

What if I do not get my first preference?.
A: If possible, it
is best to have two or three choices so that if you are
outbid on one home you may bid on others. |

How many may I bid on?
A: You may bid on as many as you would like. |

How many may I purchase?
A: You may purchase as many properties as you would
like; provided that we have your registration form in time
to pre-approve you to purchase multiple properties.
